FEEDING SYSTEMS

THE MOST SUITABLE SYSTEMS MEETING EVERY NEED

Our machines operate on two main principles to transfer the mixture kept at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks to the cooling cylinders.

1- Gravity system: The ice cream mixture kept between 2-4 °C in the upper tanks passes into the inner cylinders by gravity to produce ice cream. It is simple and practical. Provides up to 35% aeration and volume increase.

2- Pump systems (gear system):

The ice cream mixture at 2-4 °C in the upper tanks is pulled and pumped into the inner cylinder by high-pressure gear system pumps. Provides up to 80-90% aeration and volume increase. Ice cream gains perfect form, taste, and quality. Uses less material compared to gravity machines. Both gear system pump machines and gravity machines exist in the Gelmatic product range. The weight of ice cream from a gear pump machine is 70 gr, while from a gravity machine it can reach 100 grams. Depending on the product type and customer needs, steel or Teflon rollers can be used in the inner cylinders.

3- Bag in Box technology:

Thanks to the internal bag system, your material is completely isolated from air, ensuring maximum hygiene.

Gelmatic ice cream machines rely on heat processing technology that offers temperature adjustment opportunities for the mixture through a special cooling system operated and monitored via an interactive control and diagnostic system.
