Gelmatic cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even during the hottest weather. All cooling equipment is welded to prevent any leakage.

Our machines use the world's best compressors; airtight Hermetic Bristol compressors, semi-hermetic Hermetic Dorin compressors, Danfoss solenoid valves, and Ebm Papst fans.

Additionally, as a result of our company's environmental awareness, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. Therefore, high-efficiency condensation units reduce the water and gas (Freon R404A) quantities to comply with current environmental standards.
