The CKC technology in our machines controls the cooling systems and allows adjustment of the optimal ice cream consistency. Thanks to the easy programmability of CKC in managing product density and sustainability, optimal production of products with different service cooling levels such as frozen yogurt, ice cream, milk shakes, and sherbet is ensured.
