It is a freestanding model that you can use for producing frozen yogurt and soft ice cream. Since it is a three-tap model, you can serve 2 main products and 1 mixed product. Thanks to the gear system pump of the machine, 80-90% overrun is achieved. Its electromechanical panel makes it very practical to use. It allows you to serve 665 portions (70g) per hour. It is an air-cooled model. Thanks to its mixer, your soft ice cream and frozen yogurt mixture always remains homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Dorin brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. It consumes much less energy than its class, with an energy consumption of 4.2 kW. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
