Gelmatic HV 254 PM
This is a floor-standing model that you can use for frozen yogurt and soft ice cream production. Since it has three taps, you can serve 2+1 types of products. Thanks to the gear system pump of the machine, 80-90% overrun is achieved. It is very practical to use with its touch panel. It allows you to serve 935 portions (70g) per hour. It is an air-cooled model. Thanks to its mixer, your soft ice cream and frozen yogurt mixture remains consistently homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is Dorin brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 5.6 kW, it has much lower energy consumption than others in its class. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
