It is a countertop model that you can use for frozen yogurt and soft ice cream production. Since it is a single-tap model, you can serve only one type of product. Thanks to the gear system pump of the machine, 80-90% aeration is achieved. Its digital panel makes it very practical to use. It allows you to serve 455 portions (70g) per hour. It is an air-cooled model. With its mixer, your soft ice cream and frozen yogurt mixture remains constantly homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Bristol brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. It consumes 2.8 kW of energy, which is well below its class. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
