"Étoile Gel" is only 70 cm wide and enables you to create your traditional soft ice cream, sorbets, frozen yogurt, and even personalized products in unlimited combinations.
With the "Étoile Gel" PM model, you can serve 800 portions of ice cream per hour. This makes it ideal for producing more of certain popular products and flavors during specific periods.
The air cooling system pulls air upwards, allowing you to place the machine wherever you desire—even against a wall if you prefer.
