"Étoile Gel" is an innovative machine by "Gel Matic" that offers a very wide range of flavors and mixes suitable for small spaces. The 3 cylinders on the machine allow you to diversify products that satisfy even the most demanding customers.
"Étoile Gel" is only 70 cm wide and lets you create traditional soft ice cream, fruit ice (sorbet), frozen yogurt, and even personalized products in unlimited combinations.
The Étoile Gel Plus model features a central cylinder with a larger output capacity. Two cylinders have a volume of 1.7 liters each, while the other cylinder has a volume of 2.2 liters. This makes it ideal for producing larger quantities of certain popular products and flavors during peak periods. With a capacity of 930 servings per hour, you can confidently use it in very busy locations.
The air cooling system draws air upward. So, you can place your machine wherever you wish. You can even position it against a wall if you want.
