Gelmatic BV 250 PM
It is a freestanding model that you can use for producing Frozen Yogurt and Soft ice cream. Since it is a three-tap model, you can serve 2 different varieties and 1 mixed product. Thanks to its digital panel, it is very practical to use. It allows you to serve 480 portions (70g) per hour. Thanks to the gear system pump, it provides 80%-90% overrun. From a single panel, you can make your ice cream firmer, softer, colder, or warmer as you wish. It is an air-cooled model. Due to its mixer, your soft ice cream and Frozen Yogurt mixture remains constantly homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Bristol brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. It has an energy consumption of 2.8 kW, which is well below its class's average energy consumption. Its cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather. Since it has a touch system, remote access is possible.
