It is a floor-standing model that you can use for the production of Frozen Yogurt and Soft serve ice cream. Since it is a three-tap model, you can serve 2 different varieties and 1 mixed product. Thanks to the electromechanical panel, it is very practical to use. It allows you to serve 480 portions (70g) per hour. Thanks to its gearbox system pump, it provides 80-90% overrun. You can adjust your ice cream to be firmer, softer, colder, or warmer through a single panel as you desire. It is an air-cooled model. Thanks to its mixer feature, your soft serve ice cream and frozen yogurt mixture remains continuously homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Bristol brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 2.8 kW, it has an energy consumption well below its class average. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
