This is a countertop model suitable for producing Frozen Yogurt and Soft ice cream. As a single-tap model, you can serve only one flavor. Its digital panel makes it very practical to use. You can also control the machine via remote access. It allows you to serve 250 portions (70g) per hour. Thanks to its gear system pump, you can aerate your ice cream mixture between 10% and 90%. This system helps your mixture become fluffier while enabling you to sell more ice cream with less weight. You can adjust your ice cream to be firmer, softer, colder, or warmer from a single panel as you wish. It is an air-cooled model. Thanks to its mixer, your soft ice cream and Frozen Yogurt mixture remains constantly homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Aspera brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to meet environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 1.8 kW, it has a much lower energy consumption compared to its class. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
