This is a countertop model that you can use for the production of frozen yogurt and soft ice cream. Since it is a three-tap model, you can serve 2+1 different varieties. Thanks to the digital panel, it is very practical to use. You can also control your machine remotely. It allows you to serve 390 portions (70g) per hour. With the gear system pump, you can aerate your ice cream mixture between 10% and 90%. This system allows your mixture to be fluffier while letting you sell more ice cream with less weight. You can adjust your ice cream to be firmer, softer, colder, or warmer via the digital panel as desired. It is an air-cooled model. Due to its mixer design, your soft ice cream and frozen yogurt mix remain continuously homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is of the Bristol brand. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to comply with environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 2.6 kW, it has energy consumption well below its class. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
