This is a countertop model that you can use for producing frozen yogurt and soft ice cream. Since it has a single faucet, you can serve only one variety of product. Thanks to the gear system pump, the machine achieves 80-90% overrun. Its electromechanical panel makes it very practical to use. It allows you to serve 250 portions (70g each) per hour. It is an air-cooled model. Due to its mixer, your soft ice cream and frozen yogurt mixture remains constantly homogeneous. The compressor inside the machine is branded Aspera. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas usage required to meet environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 1.8 kW, it has much lower energy consumption compared to its class. The cooling systems are designed to keep the ice cream at the correct temperature even in the hottest weather.
