Gelmatic BC 100 GR
This is a countertop model that you can use for frozen yogurt and soft serve ice cream production. Since it has a single tap, it serves only one product type. Its electromechanical panel makes it very practical to use. It allows you to serve 230 portions (70gr) per hour. It is an air-cooled model. Thanks to its built-in mixer, the soft serve and frozen yogurt mix remains homogeneous continuously. The compressor inside the machine is branded Aspera. As an example of our environmental sensitivity, our machines use high-efficiency water condensers. These condensers reduce the amount of water and gas used to meet environmental standards. With an energy consumption of 1.8 kw, it has much lower energy consumption compared to others in its class. The cooling systems are designed to maintain the proper temperature of the ice cream even in the hottest weather.
