Triomaxx MARS Roll Ice Cream Machine

Designed for small spaces, this is an ideal starter model. Made of stainless steel. The front tempered-glass display protects the ice cream from dust and dirt during preparation and keeps customers away from the production area. Fast defrost prevents excessive freezing and helps the ice cream roll easily without sticking. The digital display lets you adjust the pan temperature: reduce cooling to extend your demonstration or increase cooling for faster service at busy times. Mars has 6 bowls for keeping fruit. Our roll ice cream machines use Panasonic compressors with environmentally friendly R410 refrigerant. Other specifications are shown in the table below.
