Our three-tap, twin-tank, air-pump Triomax Safir model lets you make plain, cocoa and mixed soft serve or frozen yogurt at the same time. Triomax Safir is used in shopping centers and busy pedestrian locations across Türkiye and for free soft serve and frozen yogurt distribution at trade fairs. Its main refrigeration compressor is French TECUMSEH. The upper cooling compressor is also TECUMSECH.

Air Pump: The pump in the Triomax Safir soft serve and frozen yogurt machine lets you serve a larger volume of product at a lower portion weight.

Hourly Serving Capacity: 350 portions per hour, with continuous consecutive service.

Standby Mode: You do not need to leave your Triomax Safir soft serve and frozen yogurt machine in production mode overnight. Switch off production and press keep fresh. This saves energy while keeping the remaining mix at +4 degrees, ready for service the next day.

Cleaning Mode: Use the cleaning button on the control panel to wash the machine in automatic cleaning mode. Training is provided during installation. Detailed cleaning instructions are also available in the manuals and videos section of our website.

Firmness Adjustment: The installation area and ambient temperature affect machine performance and serving quality. The Triomax Safir soft serve machine has a module for adjusting serving temperature, allowing sales to continue smoothly despite changes in the environment.

Accessories: one three-cone holder, one serving tray, one decorative umbrella and a tap attachment for spaghetti-shaped ice cream are standard.
