Gelmatic MV 153HTP
A floor-standing model for frozen yogurt and soft serve. Its single dispensing tap serve one flavor. The digital panel makes operation practical. It serves 346 portions (70 g) per hour. The gear pump provides 80–90% overrun. Pasteurization extends the cleaning interval and the usable life of the product in the machine. It is air-cooled. The mixer keeps the soft serve and frozen yogurt mix homogeneous. The compressor is made by Dorin. High-efficiency water condensers reduce the amount of water and refrigerant needed to meet environmental standards. With a stated consumption of 2,5 kW, it uses considerably less energy than comparable machines. Its cooling systems maintain the correct ice cream temperature even in hot weather.
