Gelmatic HV 254 PM
A floor-standing model for frozen yogurt and soft serve. Its three dispensing taps serve two flavors and one twist. The touchscreen panel makes operation practical. It serves 935 portions (70 g) per hour. The gear pump provides 80–90% overrun. It is air-cooled. The mixer keeps the soft serve and frozen yogurt mix homogeneous. The compressor is made by Dorin. High-efficiency water condensers reduce the amount of water and refrigerant needed to meet environmental standards. With a stated consumption of 5,6 kW, it uses considerably less energy than comparable machines. Its cooling systems maintain the correct ice cream temperature even in hot weather.
