A floor-standing model for frozen yogurt and soft serve. Its three dispensing taps serve two flavors and one twist. The digital panel makes operation practical. It serves 390 portions (70 g) per hour. The gear pump provides 10–90% overrun. The aeration system increases volume, allowing more ice cream to be sold at a lower portion weight. You can adjust firmness and serving temperature from the panel. Remote machine control is available. Pasteurization extends the cleaning interval and the usable life of the product in the machine. It is air-cooled. The mixer keeps the soft serve and frozen yogurt mix homogeneous. The compressor is made by Bristol. High-efficiency water condensers reduce the amount of water and refrigerant needed to meet environmental standards. With a stated consumption of 3 kW, it uses considerably less energy than comparable machines. Its cooling systems maintain the correct ice cream temperature even in hot weather.
