Artemis Roll Ice Cream Machine

Our only model with a 58*30 cm rectangular pan. Previously prepared ice cream can be kept at the sides of the large pan and sold in cones. Made of stainless steel. The front tempered-glass display protects the ice cream from dust and dirt during preparation and keeps customers away from the production area. Fast defrost prevents excessive freezing and helps the ice cream roll easily without sticking. The digital display lets you adjust the pan temperature: reduce cooling to extend your demonstration or increase cooling for faster service at busy times. Artemis has 4 bowls for keeping fruit. Our roll ice cream machines use Panasonic compressors with environmentally friendly R410 refrigerant. Other specifications are shown in the table below.
