Our Service Network

Your relationship with Triomax and GelMatic begins before you buy a machine and continues thereafter. In addition to selling machines, the company shares the production culture of soft serve, frozen yogurt and gelato. Support starts with product selection and continues throughout the process. Reliable, uninterrupted operation is its top priority, based on its own operating experience. It therefore maintains central service stations alongside contracted local providers. From the moment customers enter a showroom, they receive clear information about machine features and operation. Understanding how a machine works and how to use it is the key to a trouble-free season.

Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Gelmatic and Triomax have an extensive service network. The company works with more than 50 contracted service providers in Türkiye. For installations far from central service stations, it selects the closest suitable provider from its database of approximately 300 refrigeration and service companies. Central service teams are trained and equipped to meet continually evolving market needs.

The company also has an in-house central technical service team trained abroad. Every Triomax and Gelmatic machine purchased is covered by a two-year company warranty.
