Touchscreen electronic system (In.Co.Di.S.): easy access to the machine interface, adjustment of all production parameters and remote access. It allows highly precise management of automatic functions, error prevention and intuitive operation.

CKC technology controls the cooling systems to obtain the ideal ice cream consistency. Easy programming supports control of product density and consistency, allowing optimum production of frozen yogurt, ice cream, milkshakes and sorbets with different serving temperatures.
